1/2 cup raw oats
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup apple juice
Small squeeze of lemon juice
¼ apple, cored and grated
1tbsp. honey or sugar substitute of choice
1/4 cup plain yogurt
Good pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Combine oats, milk, apple juice and lemon juice and let sit overnight in the refrigerator.
In the morning add the grated apple, honey (to taste), yogurt, and cinnamon, and mix well.
