Serves 1 to 2
1 to 2 tbsp. yogurt
2 to 3 cloves of garlic
Juice of a lime
1 tsp. dried herbs of choice
1 skinless, boneless chicken breast OR 100g of paneer cut into 11/2 inch chunks
Combine the yogurt, garlic, lime juice, herbs with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the chicken or paneer to the yogurt mixture and mix well. Cover and marinade in the fridge for about an hour.
Preheat the ‘grill’ setting in your oven, to max or fire up an actual grill or bbq.
Thread the protein through skewers and grill for about 15 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve the kebabs on a bed rice (optional) with lime wedges on the side
